I have owned 6 BMW cars and presently drive a 2012 750i. I have had most of my service work done at Flow. I just wanted to express my gratitude to the techs and service advisors for their treatment of my cars and their owner. Kenny, Gary and all the gang always offer me courtesy, and respect. I have traveled quite a bit over the years, and have had my car serviced in Scottsdale Ar. Macon Ga. BMW of South Atlanta, and all BMW service centers are among the best in customer service, but Flow is the best among the best! I'm sure complaints come your way, but I wanted to offer some encouragement. Keep up the good work! Quality people are what make any organization what it is, and quality people are what you have at Flow BMW service. I know when I bring my vehicle in for service, it will get the care a BMW owner expects to receive. Well done!!    Bruce Freeman.
